Job description: Butcher

Are you are creative and interested in up to date production techniques, would you like to learn how to produce quality meat products? Learn one of the oldest and traditional jobs, train with us to become a butcher. It has brilliant advanced training options and promotion prospects. During the first two and a half years you will learn, the basics of health and safety at work, information and communication technology, as well as the techniques of preparing meat for processing. You will also be taught how to operating of food processing machinery, learn about food regulations, and manufacturing of food products. The initial training will be followed six months of specialist training.

Do you enjoy dealing with food and are you interested in latest technology? If you decide to become a food technology specialist, you are embarking one of the most interesting careers in the food industry. Is also offer you excellent advanced training.

During your three years apprenticeship you will learn how to deal with health and safety, food safety and quality control, you will also receive a working knowledge receiving orders, process planning, organisation and operation of processes. You will also learn how to prepare working processes, understand and implement quality control procedures as well learn food regulations and basics of the production of processing meat complete the job profile.

Do you like working with people, possess organising ability and never lose an overview of what is happening the office, then you should apply for an apprenticeship as an industrial clerk to complete our commercial team?

During your three year training you will get an insight in to purchase, sale, dispatch, order processing, book-keeping and controlling departments. Your training will cover the following topics, invitation to tender, administration of materials, transportation, invoicing and processing of payment transactions. You will also insight into how the human resources department works and get to know how a manufacturing company operates.
